Peelable PE Coated Kraft Paper is a kraft paper coated with peelable PE coating.

The peelable PE coated kraft paper an be used as top, side and bottom layer in the PUR-foaming process.

The foam kraft paper gives good chemical hold out lowering the chemical consumption.

Other advantages including: peelable PE with controlled force /strong paper with optimal stiffeness/ keeps the machine clean /gives right angles to the foam block/ protects the foam blocks during storage.

Peelable foaming kraft paper is a unique product that combines Kraft paper with a very thin peelable PE(polyethylene) film,

it is specially developed as carrier material in the process of continuous slab stock (PU)polyurethane foam production.

Foam can be covered from top, bottom & from all other sides as well,to give excellent appearance to foam block.

The PE film, left on the foam surface, protects the foam block against moisture penetration and against the influences of UV light. The paper can be recycle use.

Both Virgin and Recycle are available,Brown color,width from 50mm~2600mm,weight from 70gsm~150gsm,coating available in PE/HDPE/LDPE/PP.

It's suitable to the foam with density between 7-80kg/m2. It also has high chemical resistant, good porosity, less absorbing together with high strength properties. This paper as "Foaming Paper" with good reputation.
